Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At Aranot Technologies Pvt Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Autowater purchase. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Products returned within 30 days of purchase date
  • Products must be in original, unopened condition with all original packaging and accessories
  • Products must not show signs of use or damage
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Digital products and services (apps, software licenses)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications
  • Products returned after 30 days from purchase date
  • Shipping and handling fees (unless the product was defective or incorrect)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@aranot.com or through our contact form
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Process a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Offer a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Resolve the issue within 5 business days of receiving the returned product

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item immediately upon receiving your return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is posted
  • Contact us if you still have not received your refund after 10 business days

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our refund policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

11. Warranty vs. Refund

If your product is still under warranty and experiencing issues, you may be eligible for a warranty repair or replacement instead of a refund. Please contact our support team to discuss your options.
